Grand Hotel, Mirabelle Restaurant – Eastbourne

Indigo were very happy to work with the Elite Hotels Group to re-design their kitchen for the Mirabelle Restaurant. We supplied and installed new ceiling tiles, tiled flooring and hygienic-wall cladding throughout the kitchen. As well as a new drainage system.
To complete, we supplied new catering equipment to the kitchen which included our first Bonnet Cooking suite. This resulted in a sleek yet robust cookline, that is capable of providing the tools for them to produce the quality of service they provide on a day-to-day basis.
