Indigo firstly designed the kitchen, after designing it we supplied and installed new catering equipment, as well as a new extraction system. Ensuring the college will not only have the ability to create better food, but also a better working space for the staff. We also completed various building works throughout the kitchen, these included new ceiling tiles, cladding and converting half of a domestic science lab into a production kitchen.
